Due to the perishable nature of seafood products:
Refunds will only be provided if:
You receive a wrong product.
The product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
The order is not delivered.
You must inform us within 4 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Change of mind.
Incorrect address provided by customer.
Delivery attempt failed due to customer unavailability.
Complaint made after 4 hours of delivery.
